Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Taxi Solo Assistant mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Taxi Solo Assistant provides tools and features designed to assist taxi drivers with their daily operations. The App is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this App
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the App to send spam or unsolicited communications

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Taxi Solo Assistant and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our written permission.

User Content

If you submit, upload, or share any content through the App:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taxi Solo Assistant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Any other commercial damages or losses

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taxi Solo Assistant from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Providing notice through the App or via email
• Requiring acceptance of new Terms before continued use

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution
